You are purchasing my service as an artist only

I reserve the right to post any finished commission work for my portfolio or future examples

I have the right to refund you for any reason in full amount if, for any reason, I cannot or choose not to work on the commission for any reason.

I will send WIPs (work in progress) as images after the payment is completed. (Roughs will be shown to be greenlit before payment)

I'm not responsible for any missing feedback I was not given for the design unless requested beforehand.

I will send the WIPs and the free examples described in my descriptions for every stage of my work progress, and to confirm changes. Be free to request wips at any time.

I will allow slight adjustments, but major ones may require a fee, Missing feedback for any changes may be subject to a fee

If you wish for me to redraw a previous commission, it will need to be sent as a normal request. and ive recived payment for it.

please make sure to save your own copies of the commission incase i loose it on any of my pages!

Now if you use my character designs you can use them for personal use(with written/linked credit) I'm pretty relaxed about this. If you want to use any design for merch we can discuss how that would work in dms. So please tell me about if that's what you want to do with your commissioned designs!

please respect that my art style cannot be changed or altered. And that, as the client, you are responsible for saving any info, images, or data I provide.

I will not tolerate harassment or rude behavior from private messages or comments, and you will be black listed.

My timeline upon completing a commission will depend on the complexity, though it can be 7-20 days, maybe even sooner in some instances.

It's up to you as the client to ensure proper communication in case of a deadline. If I do not receive one beforehand, and then you have one, I will not be held responsible for late delivery.

If you do have a deadline, please let me know before your order. If it's within a time frame I find short, I cannot do it.

I will not tolerate any harassment over my work speed. regardless of the time passed.

If you do not contact me for a max of 2 weeks after I send updates, the commission will be at the bottom of my priority list.

I expect to be pained 100% up front upon the rough designs or sketch being greenlit. I will still work on the commission after payment.

I will initiate the transaction, so there are no accidental ones. Please do not send any payments unless I confirm them and accept your requests.

All my sales will be digital art, so I will not be shipping anything physically.

Upon the greenlight of the rough sketch, there is no refund

I will refund 100% and fees if I have not started working on the commission. This applies if the commission is cancelled.

If you send the device after the rough has been greenlit, I will not refund the device if you back out of the payment plan.

I do not authorize chargebacks for any reason, but If there is an account malfunction or a request is made without your permission, PLEASE contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Please contact me if you need to cancel a commission request.If you purposely issue a chargeback to refund/cancel the project WITHOUT contacting me, you will be black listed, along with any emails, accounts, or anyone sharing your payment accounts.
